Agnė Pasaravičienė is a pianist, composer, and modern improvising musician who has been developing her original artistic work since 2020. Her artistic path is shaped by an ongoing search for a personal musical language that integrates composition, improvisation, and various performance formats, ranging from solo projects to ensemble work. Agnė is active both as a solo artist and as an initiator and leader of original projects, presenting her music on concert and festival stages in Lithuania and abroad.
Her music is rooted in storytelling and internal dramaturgy. The sonic landscape blends elements of contemporary improvisational music, jazz, and the academic piano tradition. Agnė’s work is characterized by contrasts between tension and silence, structure and spontaneity, a wide dynamic range, complex rhythmic structures, and a strong focus on timbre and sound color. Musical ideas often unfold as processes, where individual expression and interaction with other musicians are equally essential.
Since 2020, Agnė Pasaravičienė’s compositions have been recognized in international competitions in the United States and Europe, and her music has been included in international compilation releases. Her work has been performed at major festivals and concert venues in Lithuania and Denmark, including Aarhus Jazz Festival, VinterJazz, Supernova Jazz Blast, Birštonas Jazz Festival 2024, Nordic and Baltic Music Festival 2024, and the Mama Jazz 2025 showcase stage.
Her discography includes the EP releases Footprints: Path I (2022) and Footprints: Path II (2023), as well as the singles For the Love of Snow, Ain’t No Plan(et) B, and In Search of Hope released in 2021. In 2025, she released the debut album Towards True Self with the Agnė Pasaravičienė Quartet.
