Veronika ChiChi is one of the leading voices in Lithuania’s jazz scene — a fearless vocalist whose expressive sound blends color, emotion, and freedom. Known for her powerful command of harmony and rhythm, she explores boundaries with bold improvisation and an unmistakable artistic voice. Through her music, Veronika invites listeners on a journey toward light — where vulnerability, strength, and hope meet in sound.
She leads two original projects — the Veronika ChiChi Quartet and Quintet — with which she has been actively performing for nearly a decade, and is also the leader of the professional retro vocal group The Ditties. Veronika collaborates with the international project Jazz Exchange, led by renowned European pianist Bojan Z, and is a member of the contemporary opera "Have a good day!" by Vaiva Grainytė, Lina Lapelytė and Rugilė Barzdžiukaitė, which was presented at the Venice Biennale in 2024.
As a solo artist, Veronika has released four albums, including "Singer of a 1000 Faces", "Namai", and Lithuania’s first educational jazz album for children, "Dramblio Džiazas". She has performed at major festivals such as Vilnius Mama Jazz, Birštonas Jazz, Kaunas Jazz, Nida Jazz Marathon, as well as Cairo Jazz Festival (Egypt), Leopolis Jazz Festival (Ukraine), Saulkrasti Jazz (Latvia), Chișinău Jazz Festival (Moldova), and at the prestigious Opus Jazz Club (Budapest).
Alongside her performing career, Veronika is an experienced educator, teaching vocal performance and improvisation at Vilnius College and preparing young artists for professional music studies in Lithuania and abroad.
